Colleagues, I could use some advice.  When I tried to post CAAL's 
message about it's new publication, LEADING FROM THE MIDDLE, I was 
unable to get any NIFL listservs to process the message while it 
contained a link-through to the CAAL web site.  In order to achieve 
the posting, I had to remove the "http" part of the address, which 
then made it necessary for people to manually type in the URL to get 
to the site, no doubt a disincentive to some.  Can someone explain to 
this novice in such matters why I couldn't post my message with the 
link, but the following message has one and works fine.  Many thanks,
