Hi Everyone,

Recently I recommended a 5-min. online video from Educating
Physicians on Controversies in Health (EpoCH) and the American Medical
Association.

Their newest on is called Digital Divide. Here's their description:

"This episode explores and explains the impact of the problem
surrounding the inability of certain groups to access health information
on the Internet, as well as providing physicians with strategies for
recognizing and addressing the problem with their patients."

Scroll down to find other titles relevant to health literacy, including
"Uninformed Consent: What can happen when a patient does not understand
the information you have provided?", "Language barriers in your
practice" and "Health care
disparities"

HAVE ANY OF YOU USED THESE? WHAT DO YOU THINK ABOUT THEM? Please tell
the list if you have any comments!

All the best,
Julie
