Hello, Here's a publication of possible interest: "Helping Job Seekers Who Have Limited Basic Skills." It's available in the "Publications" section of the web site of the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University (www.heldrich.rutgers.edu). It was written by Paul Jurmo and Jennifer Cleary (with a section on educational technology written by David Rosen) for One Stop-type career center staff. The purpose was to help career centers know how to better serve job seekers who lack literacy skills, English fluency, or a secondary level credential. Paul Jurmo, Ed.D.
